Homecooked food and, also, as a member of CAMRA, this pub sells real ale. A good old-fashioned village pub, in the old part of the village that has been by-passed by the modern main road. The front room, accessed from the door set in the corner, is the tap room: a plain room with a large solid fuel stove in the fireplace. The restaurant is through the back.

Small friendly drinking pub situated on the main road through the village. The pub comprises two quite separate rooms, modest in size, a lounge being on the right and a tap room on the left. The one entrance to the pub, from the front, will take you to either of the two rooms. Not a REAL ALE pub. This pub has SKY TV so usually has football or other popular sports showing.
