Great place to eat in the city wall, a second floor balcony overlooking Simon Bolivar plaza together with life music is unbeatable. The place is pricy but is worth it. Is better to go from thrusday to sunday, thats when the band plays. If you like trying exotic things try the lulo and jalapeño mocktail.
