They have a restaurant, and despite being a bit more expensive comparing the local tapas restaurant, you’re paying great quality products and unbeatable views.

El Rocío its probably one of the main interesting places around the area. It is a village by a large natural marsh, quite beautiful.
It is a very rural and faithful town. They organise one of the largest event in the country, called under the same name “El Rocío”. It is difficult to explain, but there is just a week a year, where brotherhoods around the country go on a pilgrimage to get there.
They have a gorgeous church that it’s worth visiting.

It’s a visitor’s centre in the high season of Doñana visitors, but they also have a restaurant of tapas and large meals. They serve local mushrooms, great steaks and fresh fish from Huelva. Based right outside the village, it is one of my favourite places to go with my kid. Large outdoor terrace with space for the kids to run around without danger and for the adults to relax by a large cork oak.
