This beach is narrow but perfect for a stroll or jog, especially at sunset or when a storm is approaching. Weather normally comes from the west, and the views across Keweenaw Bay are often spectacular. It's just two miles from the house, so if you are fit, make it a round-trip walk or jog (and stop by Second Sand Beach on the way). Make a sunset visit to this beach a priority!
