Here is a short list of some things to do and see. For those of you traveling with pets, there is an amazing dog park here in Parkland, called BARKLAND. Dogs LOVE it there. There is also a great walking trail we love to trek on Sundays. It's called The Doris Davis Forman Wilderness Preserve. You can park near Bluefin Sushi and enter the path off of Parkside Drive.

Bloomberg Philanthropies gifted Coral Springs / Parkland $1 million for art projects that promote "Healing After Gun Violence:" It's called "The Power of Art.” It's truly worth checking out what is happening during your stay. There are some amazing installations throughout the city. The project uses art to bring the community together in collective healing and reflection following the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School (MSD) shooting in February of 2018. I am not sure if this special exhibit is still there but I am still suggesting this place.
