❤️ Early Bird is a roasting workshop located in the heart of the Beauvau/Aligre market halls. Wishing to cultivate the art of coffee, they select specialty coffees and roast them every day on site. You can buy some, but also drink it. You can have a brunch before or after the market here. You can also taste teas and herbal teas. The owner is Irish, and is none other than the brother of the owners of Patrick's and Green Goose pubs I'm talking about below.

As the area is close to the Aligre market, you'll find many very good restaurants there. I can't name them all, but at least recommend the ones I know. I strongly advise you to book. It should also be noted that the majority of these restaurants offer, on weekdays, a lunch menu between 20 and 25 euros.

All along the faubourg saint-antoine, in addition to the many stores, when you walk towards Bastille, there are many interior courtyards, witnesses of centuries of craftsmanship in the district. Do not hesitate to walk there. I give you a few examples, but there are many :) • Cour de l'étoile d'or : 17th century court. Discover, besides the sheer beauty of the place, a sundial from 18th century. • Cour du Bel AIr : A floor pad, workshops, houses covered with vines. A place full of history that housed the Musketeers in the 18th century. • Passage du chantier : The passage of chantier is the last witness of the old expertise in furniture and wood. You will find in this charming cobbled street amount of furnitures store. • Passage Josset : go for a walk during your shopping rue de Charonne.
