Ski Resorts
There are two main ski areas from the cabin:
Granby Ranch : 5 Min
Winter Park : 25 Min
Granby Ranch is one of the easiest family ski resorts. It has three main lifts that all return to the same base. If you're looking to teach your children or take lessons yourself, this is the perfect place. You can park right at the base or a very short walk away and it is free. If you're unsure about learning and dont want to pay the full day ski pass, you can purchase a ticket for the Milestone lift that costs 30 bucks a person.

The skiing and boarding on Winter Park Resort's 3000 acres is diverse enough to please everyone from beginners to experts. The village boast shopping and many restaurants. In the winter you can hit the Coca-Cola Tubing hill as well.

Relax in one of the many pools at Hot Sulphur Springs. 15 minutes from the cabin and well worth the drive for the healing power of the pools. There are pools with ranging temperature for all ages. We recommend taking pool towels from the cabin to save renting there.
