Food scene

These are all of my personal recommendations.
This restaurant is owned and run by a middle-aged couple who love to try new recipes or put a new twist on a dish. Their menu is seasonal. Most of the menu items are a hit, but I have had a couple duds, but it still remains my favorite place. They have a wonderful brunch on Sundays. The banoffee pie for dessert is good, they keep it on the menu.

This restaurant is pricier than average, but if you love gourmet tapas and live music, this is place for you! It has an eclectic atmosphere, and you can choose to sit on sofas or at a table. There is also a good selection of wine.

This is probably the most popular and best Italian place in Lubbock. If you don't mind spicy, I would highly recommend the green chile chicken pasta or the down-n-dirty appetizers. The sausage burger is also amazing!
