Directly on the River, this hidden gem provides AMAZING views of the city -- as well as the city's largest collection of graffiti work. This place is great for sunset, exploring artwork, or taking in the views. Slightly-off the beaten path, this area is often patrolled by local police (for public safety) -- so make sure you visit in the DAYTIME, and visit with a small group (1-4 people MAX) PLEASE -- CLEAN UP YOUR TRASH :D
