Don't let the industrial park/warehouse setting fool you. The brunch here is amazing and you can watch the bakers create through the fishbowl windows.

Charlie's makes their own tortillas and they are delicious. They offer Starbucks coffee, which is significant because I believe they are the only place in San Miguel County that does. My Favorite dish here is the stuffies. Oh yeah, be prepared for the New Mexican identity question "red, green, or Christmas?" Which one are you?

Harry's Roadhouse is one of my favorite places to eat in the entire country. They have a fantastic menu which features lots of fresh local produce. Try their benedicts while eating underneath the umbrellas in the back garden.

The best coffee shop in the county is on the Las Vegas Plaza. There is ample seating and some rooms in the back for meetings. I like their quiches.
