One of our weekly favorite! You can even order your meal and bring it to the movie theater. They have the best Maple doughnuts in the Valley: currently for sale from 10-12 noon on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The restaurant and theater are still closed due to Covid, but doughnuts are there for pick up and worth the drive! 😋

Many of these products are made within just a few miles of the Taste Place. Our cheesemonger and cicerone are on-hand to offer guided tastings of cheeses, beer, hard cider and distilled spirits. Learn about the producers and what makes their products superior. The difference will be obvious as soon as you taste it. After a hike or morning ski, stop in for a classic European ploughman’s lunch of cheese, charcuterie and bread. Keep the meal local with a pint of Tin Hat hard cider, Lawson’s Sip of Sunshine or a French Press pot of locally roasted Awake Coffee.

Beautiful ceramic work made by ceramists in the Valley. I have been taking classes learning to throw on the wheel since January 2021 and love the place. You can book a private class and learn to make a mug in a couple of hours. They will then glaze it for you and ship it once it has been fired in the kiln. The instructors are very knowledgeable and sooo friendly!

We have loved going to the movies in this old fashion Drive-In theater this summer. The perfect weekend date night about 30 minutes from the cabin. We love their old school bus where you can get popcorn and candies to enjoy the show!
