There is a bike path that goes all the way around the Glenmore Reservoir. I recommend parking at Glenmore Landing. 1600 90 Ave SW. There is a Safeway (grocery store) and a Starbucks and some other shops and restaurants too.
If you walk the entire reservoir at a medium pace it will take about 3 hours. If you cycle it, likely 45 minutes. It's 16.6 kms.
