Very cool beer brewery opened up in katoomba. In the building where video store used to be ( block buster i think) , it is now an a awesome two level open spaces brewery house / bar and restaurant.

We no longer need to travel to the city for great cocktails and that “city night life feel”. We have it all at bootlegger now.
Cocktails are very good.
Food is American style bar food.
