Low-key burrito place just two blocks from the house. Local favorite is barbecue pork and Gorgonzola (trust us), but you can't go wrong. The fish is grilled, not fried!

Top notch sandwich shop next to El Diablo burritos. They make magic out of fresh baked bread and house-cured meats. A full sandwich goes a long way - don't be scared to split one if you're not super hungry.

Ridiculous brunch and irreverent staff, this place will knock your socks off. It's tucked away on the other side of town, but well worth it if you make the trip.

If you're just dying for a mezcal margarita and a side of queso fundido, this is the spot. Hip, new Mexican restaurant with the best Mezcal and Tequila list in the state. The owners are great and love to talk spirits. Make a reservation for dinner or get ready to sit tight at the bar for a drink or two.

The Pho is really good and the curries are just right - you can't go wrong. A little quirky but the food is great.

If you can't go home without trying a $90 ribeye, then, well, you'd better check it out. They make a good Manhattan!

You'll see Taco del Sol all over town, but the Higgins location is the original. Is it the best burrito ever? Not by a long shot, but it's quick, cheap, and has kept Missoula running for more than 20 years.
