This is a staple of our community. Eli's has been around a long time and continues to be family owned. It is so good that it often has a line and by the time you get to the counter their might not be much left. Go early, wait in line, it will be worth it! They are so good they only operate Friday's and Saturdays and that keeps them in business. It is important to note that they only have outdoor seating, but it is mostly shaded. Eli's is right on the trail just north of Skinner. Enjoy!

This is a nice spot to relax or go for a walk along the shaded nature trail. Or hop on the ferry and go to the more secluded Caladesi Island, rent kayaks and paddle around the mangrove trails.
