Very well-used park - busy particularly on Saturday mornings with runners, footballers and boot campers! The rose garden is beautiful in June and there is a lovely walled garden too. There are two cafes if you just want to have a cup of tea and people watch.

It has great pictures, is a ten minute walk from our house and sells reasonably priced burgers. It's also hugs so you usually get a seat. Does nice brunches.

It is literally across the road! It is a bit expensive but apparently food is very lovely (not eaten their for a while)
