You can shop in the centre of Larmor-Plage but there is also a Leclerc supermarket (less expensive) just outside Larmor-Plage
Don't miss

The Sunday's farmer's market is a must

Food with local specialities, roasted chicken are very nice but you might want to be there early to book one. Lovely oysters and fish and organic vegetables
Getting around

Taking the boat around Lorient harbour

https://www.ctrl.fr/mes-lignes/lignes-maritimes You can go for a nice tour in one of the batobus, going to Lorient or Port-Louis and even Gavres. Lovely promenade
