This trail is accessible off of Hwy 17 north - get off at the exit for the James Lenihan dam. You drive past a parking area on your right and then past a quarry on your left, drive down around a curve to the right and park as soon as you see a trail head. But this is not Priest Rock - it is Limekiln. Leave your car and walk past the trail, continuing on the road on foot until you come to the next trail head on your left. You have a good 1 1/2 hour hike which includes great vistas of the reservoir and good inclines. Bring water and layers. Unless it is super hot - do it in the morning only. Great hike for those who really want to get their heart rate up.

Arts & Culture

"This "new" museum is actually 2 50 year old museums that have come together for the first time under one roof. It is really exciting-the exhibits are different and fresh and the space is a wonderful combination of mid century architecture and contemporary design. Right in the town center of Los Gatos, it is a great place to visit for an hour or so. They are open late every Thursday night (until 8) and always have interesting talks or demos then - easy to stop by just to see what's NEW!"
