This is our favorite pizza in town! Its only 2 minutes from the brick ranch so pickup is convenient and delivery is available too. Their meatballs are a favorite and don't forget the garlic knots! Portions are large and can feed a large crowd.

Worth the 25 minute drive to Carolina Beach boardwalk for these famous donuts! The boardwalk has recently been redone and is a perfect spot for strolling or pitching a tent at the beach for the day. These donuts are light and fluffy and hard to beat! Lines may be long but it will be worth the wait!

Aquarium fun for the whole family! Located in Kure Beach, about 30 minutes south of the ranch in Historic Fort Fisher. They also have a fun playground outside of the building for outside fun.

This is our favorite family beach spot because of the flat shore break, showers located at the access and occasional tide pools. This is located on the north end of WB and there is a paid parking lot adjoining the access.

This carnivorous plant garden is located in our neighborhood and is perfect for a walk or bike ride stop. It has a small nature trail in it leading through local venus fly trap preserve! This is a must see for the nature lover!
