Terrific views of the south coast, to Stewart Island and other nearby islands. The windswept tree tops are awesome. Its a nice easy walk to the top of the hill or you can walk downhill and either do a loopwalk or head right around the coast for an afternoon adventure.

Get an icecream or fish and chips at the store. Children can play at the playground, with flying fox. When the tide's in it's a lovely safe swimming beach. When it's out there's a huge area to walk and play.
