What to pack
Travel light with your backpack
because you will need to be ready to walk up and down in the mountains area, here the local life still really simple so be well-prepared to enjoy your trip here :D
Customs and culture
Local ladies and kids might follow you but don't worry
They just try to sell their stuffs. They're super friendly and nice so just be friends with them. They speak pretty good English. However, if you don't want to buy anything from them, just kindly say "No, thank you" before so they won't follow you. Saying "No" if you don't want to buy anything is being nice and honest to them. Be happy, be free and enjoy your trip. Treat them as friends and you will have fun :D
We let them feel free to come in to our home (front yard) as neighbors but please feel free to let us know if you feel uncomfortable so we can help with that :)
Travelling with kids
It might be a unique experience for your kids
Here the local life is really simple. The local kids is really friendly, free and wild. We love their eyes, their smiles, their laughs and their innocence :D Their playing yard is rice fields. Their swimming pool is any where in the river, stream that they can have fun. Their joy is running around the village with barefoot or just passing by any house in the village and asking for picking some guava. So, bring your kids here and they might have fun together, as a memorable part of their childhood.

Motorbike is a cool way to explore Sapa
Interesting, adventurous and fun are what driving on a motorbike can bring to you :D
You can go explore big road by yourself, or can go with our local tourguider to discover the mystery road, small and on the edge of the mountain that only local know :D

Taxi for group of friends or family
There is no public transportation here (update in 2019) so taxi will be good choice for group of friends or family wanna travel around the area, from Sapa to our village and back.
