The "Spin" is a great dive bar with cheap drinks and decent bar food. Across the street from the city waterfront park. You can also do your laundry in the back... :-)

The best restaurant on the south end of lake. Extremely limited seating and NOT fancy, but the food is fantastic. Plan ahead and get reservations!

Sightseeing

This is the island just south of the house. Great hiking trails and you're very likely to encounter deer, Bighorn Sheep and, maybe, even the 5 wild horses! Paddle over (watch the weather!) or boat over (if you have rented). There is also a licensed guide or two in the area.
