The Stowe Pinniacle is a good hike for the area. You can do hike from the trail head for a longer hike or drive to meadow parking lot for a shorter version. Both will bring you to amazing view of the Stowe valley. Half day total

Clearly most people come to Stowe and should go to the Mt to enjoy skiing in the winter or a hike in the summer they also offer gondola rides for the less sports oriented but what a view from the top
