This is a great place to visit repeatedly. Take a ferry across from Weston Harbour Castle Hotel, and go to either of 3 locations on the island. There are beaches (not world's best, but hey, it's a beach :)); there's a lot of green park space, amusement park, hiking paths, and a great boardwalk to either cycle or walk. You can rent bikes on the island too.
