The Oasis is a big restaurant overlooking Lake Travis. They even have their own shopping area. It's the best place on the lake to watch the sunset! The often have live music. The food is pretty good but on the pricey side. You're paying the big bucks for the awesome view. Sometimes we just go for appetizers, dessert and a sunset.

The best tacos in town! They are only open for breakfast and lunch. All locations close at 3:00. This is the closest one to me so if you need a taco fix and want original tacos with local ingredients this is the place for you! There is also a Tacodeli on Spyglass which is downtown by the greenbelt. That's the original location and the most Austin-like setting. It's my favorite!!
