Booking ahead is recommended, particularly at peak times. Closed on Mondays.
The pub is a 20 minute walk from the cottage - shortest route is right along The Street to mini roundabout, straight across to public footpath through field. Follow the path up the hill with the church on your right. When you get to the road, turn left, and the pub is a 5 min walk on the left.

Local Chinese takeaway in Barnham, just 5 mins drive from the cottage. There are a couple of takeaways in Barnham both are good but we think this one is slightly better although a bit more pricey.
There is also a fish and chip shop next door.

There are two car parks. The main one is at Chalkpit Lane PO18 0SP. There is a catering van just outside the car park that is open mode days.
