Watersports Activities and Beach Shop

Visit Easyriders for a variety of activities to do at the beach from deck chair rental, to standup paddleboard rental or lessons or hire Synch electric bikes for the day. Or if you want to learn something new they teach SUP, kitesurfing, winging or windsurfing. They also have a very cool beach shop on Shore Road beach
Easyriders provides fun activities to do at the beach and there is just about something for everybody

Best coffee in town

The Goat serves the best coffee around and brilliant banana bread or bacon sarnies to go with it (as well as some other yum things!)
The Goat never fails to deliver on yummy goodness!

Family countryside day out

Moors Valley has something for every family member, from a huge play trail to a miniature steam train, play park and then great add ins (that need to be booked) like Go Ape. Really fun family day out
If you want to do Go Ape or the Net adventures you need to book in advance. Parking is about £10 for the day (maybe slightly more) but it is a full day of fun!

Neighbourhoods

This review is really for Ashley Cross not Ashley Road - it’s just down the hill from The Hut and is full of bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Great for a local bite to eat throughout the day

Getting around

Driving and bikes

The beach roads get very congested during peak season so bikes are a great way to get to the beach. Or set your alarms and head to the beach early!
