Made famous by Prince from his Academy Award winning movie, Purple Rain. After his death in 2016 they painted his star on the outside of the building to be gold instead of white like the dozens of other musical icons on the building.
This music venue and bar is one mile from our place, a nice walk or a short cab ride.
