Let’s make it clear. You cannot visit Montreal without spending a day around the Plateau Mont Royal and our gorgeous little Mont Royal mountain. Walking up to the belvedere lookup is definitely a must if you wish to enjoy the best view of the city (other than the view from my rooftop pool!)

While it’s extremely easy to get around in Montreal talking english, French Canadians love to see and hear non- french speaking tourists do the extra effort to respect and acknowledge their french culture/language. “Bonjour” (Hello) and “merci”(Thank you) are the basics to start or end a nice conversation!
