(supposed to be 18:00 start (!!) but in reality it is about 18:45-19:00 start. Normally 2 halves. Thumping power Dixieland. Worth seeing. But the price is a touch high, Im sure almost no ones pays since mostly its musicians and their friends.....mostly playing for fun in my view. They are good musicians. Benko band has been around for years and plays at many events at weekends etc, which I guess is where they make their money.

Sometimes live music on to terrace. --- ..basically....over priced ! and a poor lunch menu in my view compared with most places on Raday. And very few Hungarian clients for lunch. A milky coffee is 750 Ft. The most expensive I think in the whole district. Most places charge around 500ft I think. A small Schweppes orange is 430Ft. But it does have the Arabic atmosphere and the bubble pipes if you want to try that.

I do NOT recommend. Since they have in the past given a breakfast menu which includes orange juice but then they charge extra for the orange juice about the same as the menu and then add service charge so you get a bill more than double what you expected !!

Intersting new place.... Butifarra....a country style sausage from a region of Spain. So I assume they have a variety of Catalan/Spanish plates on offer. Looks like more of a take away place than a restuarant.

Used to be very nice capuccino.... and a nice terrace... popular relaxing spot... then they fenced it in and put on music.....ugh.... at least now the music has gone.... but still fenced in... still popular so I guess the coffee is still good...

Most clients are My favourite Hungarian, so if you want to eat what HUngarians eat, these are good places to go. But of courses common plates include breaded chicken or breaded pork which might not appeal much. Most will have mashed potato if you are there before it runs out. (Im a fan !) (Its normally Eastern Europe mashed potato so things like adding butter, cream etc are still common. Tasty but you might 'keel over' at 65 if you ate it every day !) Workers start early (market opens at 6am !) so they eat early. If you turn up at 14:00 they might only have left what no one else wanted !...so aim to go between 12:00 and 13:00. My favourite Etkezde was at 29. Lovely Hungarian dishes, home made, different home made soups every day, cheap, (plum pie, yum) and a queue....but it seems to be closed now. Perhaps it was too cheap. There is another decent one in Oktober 6 street if in the area of the Basilika. There is also a Pad Thai in that same area (same street perhaps)

..looks good....quality with ok prices...since away from tourist spots closes at 21:00..I think that is the kitchen daily menu board said 1000ft...good value....but not much for tourists in that area during the day...
