I always thought it was a unique place with a very interesting concept. All of the food is grown on premisses, so make sure to walk around the property and check their gardens. The food is vegan, organic and has great presentation. Worth going their for the view during day time.

Drinks & Nightlife

Very authentic Irish pub with good variety of local beers, famous for their Bloody Mary. They do have live music on certain nights, check their board at the entrance for timing. If you like pub food, we would recommend fish and chips.

Parks & Nature

Once you are at the end of Main Street, you will see Headlands Trail that will take you all the way alone the ocean and bring you back to Mendocino. It might take you 40 - 50 minutes to do the whole trail but it is flat and has spectacular views of the ocean. At certain times of the year whale watching is possible form the trail.

Entertainment & Activities

Constructed in 1878, this hotel has a very historic feel to it. Enjoy antiques, art, stained glass and Oriental carpets. The hotel has three restaurants. We have never tried their food, but went a few times for live music. Nice service, full bar, decent wine list.
