This is a wonderful cafe to visit. It uses all local produce mixed into a lovely menu for breakfast or lunch. Lovely setting with posh sheds in a pretty courtyard. Next door is a deli selling scrumptious foods and gifts.

Bursting with fabulous cafes and little boutiques. Walking along the picturesque canal path route into Chichester is about 25 minutes. You can find the canal path if you take a left out of Pecketts Gate, immediate left again taking the footpath at the side of the property. Turn right into Grosvenor Road and walk up to Waterside Drive on your left. 500 yards turn right onto the path in between the flats and that takes you down into the canal path. Turn left and walk under the A27 and continue to the end of the ship canal. Pick up Canal Warf Road ahead of you which will lead to the A286, past the train station into town.
