Quick history lesson because this is Fredericksburg, which is the history central. This restaurant was previously Farmers Bank of Fredericksburg. It was built in 1819-20. The front portion of the main floor was used as a banking house; the second floor housed the bank’s cashiers and their families.
Chef Joy Crump had the honor of appearing as a chef-testing on the Emmy Award-winning show “Top Chef”... The menu constantly changes, which is perfect for those people like me who hate eating the same foods.
