Great wine and stunning views. Best in the late afternoon when you can lounge with a glass on wine on their patio (bring some snacks) and gaze at the Del Valle hills towering above the winery. We always take our out of town guests there- for wine and the views.

Entertainment & Activities

Lovely old theater where you can watch an art house release, independent movie or an old black/white movie and also have a glass of wine or beer and dinner from a restaurant next door (which will be brought to your table!).

Not exactly a winery but a wine bar. Has live music almost daily. Check out their romantic back patio- has torches at night. Food's pretty good and the wine selection is great.

Arts & Culture

We are so lucky to have this theater and art center in town. They have a live music concert practically every day, check out their website for what's playing. Excellent acoustics and there are literally no bad seats. Love, love, love!

Parks & Nature

Excellent hiking, especially in the winter/spring/fall (too hot in the summer!) The views are stunning and on a clear day you can see the Pacific ocean. In the spring the hills are emerald green and really dreamy. Only 25 mins drive.

3 miles of paved trails, also good hiking trails (unpaved) that surround the park. Local favorite- a little crowded on the weekends, especially in non- hot months but very nice on weekdays. The views of Del Valle are stunning and the trail can be hilly but not very strenuous, so everyone can enjoy.

Shopping

A hidden gem- well curated antique store off main street, adorable owner who has a great eye for vintage fashion. Really well curated selection - French vintage posters, collectable silverware and pottery, antique and vintage boxes, records etc. So much fun!
