It's small, but there is an area for families to sit and dine. Nice selection of beers that they craft as well as local ciders. They have a nice selection of small food plates (flat breads, soft pretzels, sandwiches). It is within walking distance.

Walk across the street for a filling breakfast or lunch. My dad loves the chili (sometimes he orders two because he says he will take it home, but he usually eats both). I love the BLT and avocado toast.

City advice

Getting around

Having a car is helpful, but not always needed.

If you are comfortable with taking the bus, The Red Line (Rapid Transit Line) has a stop two blocks from this house. It can take you all the way up into Broad Ripple (an area hangout for Butler students) or down into Fountain Square. Since this house is close to downtown, Uber and Lyft are recommended, but not always needed as there is usually plenty of parking to be found downtown.
