Want to have a nice solo run or take the family for a flat but scenic walk along an old rail road that cuts through the middle of not one but two lakes? Great! We got you covered with the Cotton Valley Rail Trail. Go to the Wolfeboro Train Station in Back Bay, and enjoy the scenery as you pass through Wolfeboro's Back Bay, Crescent Lake, and Lake Wentworth. There's historical markers along the way that tell the story of how Bostonians used to take this railroad (now trail) to Wolfeboro, the oldest summer resort.
