Ahhh the world famous Don Cesar. Everyone has to experience this place while staying on St Pete Beach. I would suggest either the Rowe Bar or Beacon Pool Bar & Lookout. And the great thing about this spot is you can walk from the house!!!

The rooftop bar is one of the greatest spots for a cocktail and sunset view. While the hotel is pet friendly I cannot confirm the rooftop area is so double check on that!
