Beautiful amphitheatre built into the cliffs, mainly built by Rowena Cade and her gardener between 1929 and 1983. The Atlantic as the back drop for some incredible shows!! The most amazing venue.

Newlyn has some great pubs, Amazing Seafood Cafes and Restaurants. Newlyn also has some great art galleries and shopping. Pick up some of the freshest fish you can lay your hands on from one of the many Fishmongers (Trelawney Fish especially highly recommended) , have a look across the working harbour and watch the hustle and bustle of the largest fishing port in the country.

Food scene

Just a 5 min walk from site (If you use our pedestrian gate) Look up to the church tower and the pub is next door. Serving food and beer As per website below. :-) Its worth peering down into the glass topped well built into the floor. The history of the well is very interesting (the story is on the wall nearby) firstandlastinn.co.uk

Regular Open Top Bus Service

We have a regular open top bus service that departs from just outside of our site. It travels from St Ives to Penzance Via Lands End. The road both ways is so picturesque but our favourite route is to St Ives, It has been voted the second best road in the country!! And St Ives at the end to top it off. Time Table is the A1 Atlantic Coaster at Firstbus.co.uk
