A classic and delicious Phoenix restaurant just a few minutes from the house - they also have a cellar bar/dining room called the Rokerji at this location and another close-by, lesser-known (but my personal favorite) spot called Dick's Hideaway. Plan to share or take leftovers home - the portions are HUGE!

Awesome Mexican food and vibe. They have a great patio at back, but we love sitting at the bar and watching the team work! Highly recommend the ceviche and paella (it's enough for two).

If you're in town on a Saturday or Wednesday morning, you can't miss the Uptown Farmer's Market! The Saturday market is probably the biggest in the valley. If you go, grab a breakfast burrito from Sergio (we think they are the best in Phoenix, and that is saying A LOT).

Redevelopment project of an old 1960's office complex now turned MCM restaurant and boutique mall! The coolest part is that the businesses are all woman owned! Definitely stop by Mahalo Made for some shaved ice while you're here.
