Food scene

My suggestion would be to book Coco Bistro for a romantic fine dining evening, you should book now because they are booked months in advance. For something more casual Cocovan (which is located beside Coco Bistro, fun place, great food ).

Amazing cracked conch! I prefer the Bugaloos location in 5 Cays - it has a local vibe with live music, a bit of a drive but well worth it as you are seeing the ocean on the opposite side of the island. Shallow water so it is a great place to take kids!

Snorkeling should be done at Coral Gardens - amazing snorkeling and there is also a Tex Mex restaurant with cold beer, it’s called Somewhere.

There’s a great collection of sights to visit via jet ski from Providenciales, especially off the southern coast of the island. The La Famille Express freighter wreck, grounded by hurricanes Hanna and Ike in 2008, is one of the most popular destinations, and is found in the very shallow turquoise water off Long Bay Beach. Tell them Blake recommended you, he is an amazing guy - very helpful. https://www.makowatersports.com/

City advice

What to pack

Make sure you bring plenty of sunscreen and bug spray!

The mosquitos or "No See Ums" come out at 5:00 p.m. - dusk. Especially if you are sitting on the beach enjoying the sunset! they will bite your ankles and lower legs! Spray before you go out in the evening to avoid getting bit. Also don't forget to spray sunscreen on the tops of your feet, it may not feel hot as the breeze is always blowing on the beach (many people sunburn the tops of their feet).
