Yes, it's a hotel, but it's also a restaurant. Another favourite for our Lake Erie Yellow Perch. Sit down or take out. You can't beach the fried seafood platter here. Very casual upstairs and a little more "fancy" in the Cove Room. But my personal favourite is having drinks and dinner on "The Perch", the only roof top patio in Port Dover.

They also offer, cookies, muffins, turnovers. It's worth a visit just to inhale the wonderful smell of fresh baked bread.

Great little beach, lots of fun places to eat. Live entertainment at many of the venues during the summer months. Two boat launches. Jet ski and pontoon boat rentals. Get there early if you want to park for free. Otherwise, there is paid parking along the beach front.

PORT DOVER: Don't visit Deer Haven without making at least one trip to Port Dover. This great tiny town boasts a small public beach, tons of boutique and beach shops, lot of fabulous eateries ranging from ice cream parlours, great "to go" options and fine dining. You'll want to come back again and again.

PORT DOVER: Don't visit Deer Haven without making at least one trip to Port Dover. This great tiny town boasts a small public beach, tons of boutique and beach shops, lot of fabulous eateries ranging from ice cream parlours, great "to go" options and fine dining. You'll want to come back again and again.
A beautiful spot to stop and see one of the tallest trees in Ontario. Makes for a really nice nature walk. My personal favourite place to visit in the Fall to see the changing of the leaves.
