This local fishermen spot grew out to a big tourist attraction. This casual local seafood restaurant is located on the docks of Barcadera. Fishermen bring in fresh fish and you can order by the pound of the fresh catch, shrimp and local side dishes.

Very nice ambiance dining in the court yard of a monumental building. Good service, excellent food. Some typical Dutch dished, try the spicy shrimp starter, the "Sucadelapjes" main course and the "Stroopwafel parfait" as dessert.

Especially the coffee corner next to the Supermarket entrance is great! Cheap fair trade coffee that tastes awesome.

And offer an array of Snorkel, sunset and dinner and lunch tours pn their boats with fun music, amd open bar. Professional compamy that has been around for a long time already. They also offer Padi resort and certified diver courses and dives as well as other island tours.

My favorite beach. Very wide spread andn ot that busy. Reconmend to park in the Eagle beach parking lot. There are many trees and free palapa's (palm leave huts) to sit under with your cooler and beach chairs. The palapas in frobt of parking lot are for free further down are from hotels.

For those who like to explore there are old mines where you can wade through water till about your middle and see cool fossils in the walls. Entry via a ladder and miner are about 2 mter wide and 3 meter high. Entry is about 50 meters to the right of the little shack on th hill accross the beach just before Big Mama's. I can explain more in person about this :)

Arikok is our natural park. There is an $11 (currently) entrance fee for visitors to enter the park. Form this they maintain the park. The park is accessible with a regular car, no need for 4x4.
There is a small restaurant inside called Boca Prins, where you can eat & drink or bring your own.
The park is great to explore for half day. There are multiple caves to explore, get your fish pedicure next to Fountain cave and visit Dos Playa.
For the early birds there are multiple hiking trails, do this only early morning when it is cooler.
