The Sé de Lamego was founded in 1129. It is a Gothic cathedral, retaining the original square tower, but the rest of the architecture reflects the changes made in the 16th and 18th centuries, including a Renaissance cloister with a dozen well-proportioned arches.

One of the largest churches in Lamego, it belonged to the convent of the same name, founded in the 19th century. XVI for donation to the Lóios friars, who would maintain it until the extinction of the Religious Orders in 1834.

The Cisterna is located in Bairro do Castelo, inside the walled stronghold that protected the city, it is rightly considered one of the most remarkable urban cisterns of the medieval period (13th-14th centuries).

All that remains of the Convent is the Church, which is a classical renaissance building. Inside there are two notable altarpieces: S. João Evangelista and S. João Baptista. The walls are covered in 17th century tiles.
