City advice

Travelling with kids

Wear suncream, hat and always have water

Temperature can be high during summer especially from 11:00-16:00 so always wear suncream, hat and always have water with you. When you go on the beach have your own umbrella or rent one to make your sunny stay more pleasant. It will be more fun for the kids if you visit places as the popular Waterpark or Tsambikos watersports
What to pack

Summer comfy look

Choose light clothes, bright colors, hat, sunglasses, flip flops, at least 2 swimwear, towel for sure + suncream :))
Getting around

Moving around on Rhodes

We do have public transportation but the ideal plan is to rent your own car or use a taxi instead of spending hours waiting at the bus station

Greek frappe coffee

To prepare a Greek frappe coffee you will need a frappe mixer. A standard cocktail shaker will be ok, but you can also use an electric milk frother (found in the kitchen) to achieve a creamier froth. The best way to make Greek frappe is first to get a tall glass, a teaspoon and an electric whizzer. Then add instant coffee (Nescafe), sugar and a shot of cold water. Whiz the mixture until a thick, creamy foam is made. Pour the mixture into the serving glass. Then add 3 ice cubes and milk if you like, fill up the glass with cold water and serve with a drinking straw.
