Food scene

I never make a trip to the unit without at least one night eating at Grub Steak. You can either enjoy the atmosphere - very mountain cabin-ish - or order ahead, walk over (about 2 minutes) and pick it up 'to go' if you aren't in the mood to sit in a restaurant. Has music most weekend nights.

Grappa has great Italian food - is romantic, quaint and has good service! Where I go when I get the craving for something Italian.

Great high-end Mexican food - a 'Special Night' kind of place. Somewhat expensive, but a must-do-once kind of evening.

My favorite bar/restaurant in all of Park City - has the atmosphere - is super lively - great food and wonderful whiskey made locally. Reasonable (for Old Town) prices and worth it!

City advice

Book before you go

Book all evening meals/restaurants before you go!

It's tough to get a reservation in Park City for evening meals - best to book it before you get there.
Getting around

Park City does not have a lot of parking...

Ironic, but it's tough to find parking in Park City. Because of that, I provide one parking pass for outside the unit. Be warned that they the complex will tow you if you forget to hang that pass in the car. Also, please remember to leave it behind when you leave or I will need to charge you $25 to pay for another pass as these are like gold. I recommend using the free shuttle, Uber or hop an eBike into Old Town to avoid driving around trying to find parking.
Customs and culture

You cannot take an underage minor into a bar in Utah.

In some states, they allow children in restaurants which are also pubs. They are pretty strict in Utah - so heads up.
Getting around

Uber and Lyft back to the airport are not always reliable.

I have experienced hit and miss getting a ride with Uber/Lyft/etc. from Park City to the airport. Getting to Park City from the airport with these companies is always easy. If you don't want to rent a car, I would set up a regular transportation company to get back to the airport. No specific recommendations here, but there are plenty online.
