Neighborhoods
This neighborhood is very safe, relaxing, and nice. Everyone is great, neighbors are kind and overall amazing location. Traffic through the area is fairly low, with the occasional garbage truck. We are still very close to stores, parks, and shopping areas where you can get everything you need.

Different methods of travel
The location that we offer is not too far from Oregon State University being only a 5-minute drive. Corvallis has a great bus system covering just about the whole town, which is a great source of transportation if you find yourself without a car! There are also many different services to rent a car as well if you plan on driving too. Enterprise is one that can be found but is a further commute. Finally walking, with our great location getting groceries from Fred Myers, having pizza at Woodstock, Starbucks, Hair Salons, or even picking up medicine from Rice's Pharmacy only takes 10 minutes!
