Heating system There is a hive Thermostat in the house - probably sitting on the kitchen window ledge.You can go with the schedule or boost the heating if you wish. The fire in the living room can be turned off and on with the remote control - see instructions booklet.

Instructions for equipment In the 3rd drawer down in the kitchen plus on the washing machine in the pantry.
Customs and culture

Recycling

Plastic, glass, paper and cardboard: the Blue Wheely bin in the alley collects these items. there is a small bin under the sink to save items before going outside. Dolce Gusto drinks machine: used pods can go in the green recycling bag under the sink. we will sort out the return of the bag.

There is a retractable drying line on the wall to the right of the rear door to the alley. There are two lines, one goes to the rusty hook near the drain, the other goes to the hook to the right of the French doors of the family room.
