The I-70/I-25 corridor gives you quick access to Downtown Denver, Red Rocks, Boulder, and the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Our neighborhood has quick access to a Super Target, Costco, movie theatre, lots of food options, and more! It's also a great area for an afternoon walk, the Old Town Area is about a 18 minute walk.
