What to pack
Weather Changes
Despite 300 days of sunshine, weather can change quickly in Colorado. During spring, bring a rain jacket for afternoon storms.
Summer can be very hot during the day (up to 100 degrees), but tends to cool off and often thunders in the afternoons. Temperatures regularly drop 30+ degrees overnight.
Bear in mind that Denver is very dry. Hot temperatures will not feel as hot, while cold temperatures will not feel as cold, to those who are used to higher humidity / moisture.
