Take a leisurely walk or drive over to Mariner Park - the perfect spot for fishing or boat watching along the Detroit River. They have a great new playground for the kids, soccer fields, and newly renovated restrooms. Wave hello to Canada!

For a trail hike, or a beach swim, Belle Isle is a great visit. It's also a great place to drive if you're trying to get a little one to sleep in the car, no stop lights and a loop of road that lets you drive continuously!
